Simple & transparent pricing

Femlify uses a flexible, term-based pricing model. You pay specified activation fee for the term according to the plan, plus a per-student enrollment fee for that term. There are no annual license fees—you're only charged for students actively enrolled each term.

We split our pricing this way to keep things flexible and fair. The term activation fee unlocks all our powerful term-management tools so you can start setting things up immediately. The rest of the cost is simply spread across the active students you enroll, meaning you only pay for what you actually use.

Think of it like a prepaid meter. You fund your school's wallet at the start of the term. When you enroll a student into the new term, the system deducts the fee for that student from your wallet. This ensures you never pay for empty seats or students who have left.

Per-student pricing is charged using a true-up system. The system transparently checks for billable students and records them before any billing occurs.

Femlify does not automatically remove money from your wallet unless a student becomes billable. A student becomes billable when an action is triggered to perform specific activities for the student for the term.

If there is an outstanding true-up yet to be settled, your school has a grace period of 7 days before write access is disabled. During this restriction, you can still read existing data and view reports, but you will not be able to perform new write actions until the balance is settled.

Yes! You can set up your school, configure settings, and explore the platform with a zero balance in your wallet. However, term activation is required to start feeding in core term data like attendance and assessments. If a term is not activated, it will not show up under the list of available terms during actions.
