At Femlify, we are committed to ensuring your privacy and giving you control over your personal data. This Data Deletion Policy explains how data deletion requests are handled based on how your data was collected.
2. Data Handled by Schools
Femlify operates primarily as a service provider for schools. The vast majority of user data—including records for students, parents, teachers, and other staff members—is onboarded and managed directly by the respective school.
If your data was onboarded by your school: Pliantedu (Femlify) does not have the authority or right to independently delete data that belongs to a school. If you wish to have this data deleted, modified, or otherwise managed, you must reach out directly to your respective school administrator. They control the data and are responsible for fulfilling any deletion requests according to their own policies and local regulations.
3. Data Handled by Femlify
If you registered directly via our app signup page: Femlify retains the right to delete data pertaining solely to manager or user registrations that occurred directly through our application's signup page, outside of a specific school's onboarding process.
If you created an account in this manner and would like us to delete your personal data, you can submit a deletion request directly to us.
How to Request Deletion
To request the deletion of data collected directly by Femlify, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to support@pliantedu.com.
- Use the exact subject line: "Delete my Data".
- Include the email address associated with your account in the body of the email to help us locate your records.
Upon receiving your request, our support team will process the deletion of your data in accordance with our data retention and privacy policies.
