About the Role

As a Sales Representative for Femlify, you will be the frontline champion of digital transformation for schools. You will identify prospects, demonstrate the value of our platform to school administrators, and close deals that expand our partner network.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential partner schools within Osun State through field visits and cold outreach.
• Conduct product demonstrations for School Owners, Principals, and Administrators.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain relationships with key decision-makers to ensure smooth onboarding handover.
• Gather market feedback and competitor insights to report back to the Product team.

About the Role

The Customer Relationship Manager serves as the trusted advisor to our partner schools in Osun. Your goal is to ensure schools successfully adopt Femlify, driving retention and satisfaction by solving their problems and helping them get the most out of the platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the onboarding process for new schools, ensuring staff and teachers are trained effectively.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for school administrators regarding technical support or feature requests.
• Conduct periodic check-ins and school visits to monitor usage and satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for upsells or cross-sells based on school needs.
• Reduce churn by proactively addressing issues before they escalate.
